This plot of land currently awaiting
building permission = 1700.45 m2 and is surrounded by trees with access
onto a tarmac 3m wide roadway. It offers spectacular views especially
south quadrants. The land is only few hundred meters away from a dwelling
which has all main services, electric, water, and phone, so connections
would not be a problem. The land is owned by us, so clear title is assured.
The land has been split by the roadway so there is a section opposite the entrance
of the original 1,700.45m2, this has to be adjusted, to give true meters of
land at time of sale. Our estimation is that a 200 m2 loss of land may have
occurred when roadway was made,hence small section now appears on the opposite
side of the roadway. This land also borders property currently owned by our
family members, making connections even easier.
We believe this land would be a perfect setting to build a house/ villa. The
local hill town of Sovinjak which is only 2.5km distance has a shop and restaurant
with a small community. Trieste airport is only a hour by road, and a flight
to say London etc is only two hours away.
